  • Risk & Compliance Management: Using my background managing 60+ insurance policies simultaneously and completion of the property and casualty insurance course in MA, I perform a rigorous risk audit. I’ll review your current policies to ensure you have the highest level of protection at the most efficient cost—expert vetting, zero sales pitch.

  • Hiring & People Operations: I oversee the hiring process to ensure you’re attracting top-tier talent and implement systematic employee reviews.

  • Culture & Team Coaching: I work with your entire staff using my proprietary coaching method to boost engagement. I help foster a culture where everyone understands their role in the company's success.

  • Custom Off-Boarding Plan: I customize offboarding training plans based on your team’s specific needs. This may include training sessions, video libraries, goal setting and documenting, and additional coaching to ensure seamless carryover of the work we’ve done together!
